By using the services provided by Bd Marketing Beast, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Bd Marketing Beast offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to:
Digital Marketing
Social Media Advertising
Lead Generation
Website Design and Development
Creative Content Solutions
Video Editing
Marketing Strategy Consulting
(collectively referred to as “Services”).
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services as outlined in the official proposal, quotation, or agreement. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon before the project begins. Late or missed payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Failure to deliver services as promised
Technical issues or errors caused solely by our team
Non-commencement of project work after payment due to agency-side delays
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to 2jibonjibon2@gmail.com within 7 days of project completion. The request should include:
Full name and contact details
Details of the service provided
Reason for the refund
Any relevant supporting documents
Once we receive a refund request, it will be reviewed within 3 business days. We may contact you for clarification or additional information. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.
The following services are non-refundable:
Consultation or audit fees
Paid advertising budget handled on behalf of the client
Any third-party platform fees (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
Creative production services (e.g., video editing, design work)
Fees already spent or committed by Bd Marketing Beast for project delivery
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information
Granting necessary access to platforms and accounts (e.g., Facebook, website)
Approving content, ads, or design materials on schedule
Cooperating to avoid delays in project execution
Any delay from the client side may result in timeline changes or additional costs.
Upon full and final payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. However, Bd Marketing Beast reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and secure. This includes business strategies, client data, and other sensitive information.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in the event of a breach of terms. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
